Did you know your voice is the most powerful tool to influence the outcome of every conversation? Yes, your voice. Every sound that comes out of your voice vibrates the bodies of listeners and either moves them emotionally where you want them to go, or doesn’t. You likely believe the voice you have is the voice you are stuck with. I am here to tell you that is not true. You voice is capable of much more that you may know.

Values 
Successful, happy, resilient and empowered people dare to explore what is behind the curtain driving their behavior, choices, actions and results. That is their core values. Did you know there are different kinds of values? You have values that were given to you that may or may not align with your truth. Values keep you safe but also help you grow or keep you caged or comfortable. This is true as an individual and for every family, group and organization. Default culture is not optimized around living values that are life affirming but instead on productivity, outputs, materialism and status. This creates cognitive dissonance internally and in our organizations and will not serve the Age of Relationships, ever evolving landscape or the workplace, our economy and ability to connect.
